By scheduling, approving, or receiving services from Evict My Junk LTD (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service.
Services Provided
Evict My Junk provides full-service junk removal, cleanouts, light demolition, dumpster trailer rentals, and exterior cleanup services for residential, commercial, and rental properties.
Services are performed based on the scope agreed upon at the time of scheduling, estimate, or on-site approval. Any changes to scope may result in adjusted pricing.
Estimates and Pricing
All pricing is based on volume (cubic yards), labor, weight, accessibility, and disposal costs.
- Estimates provided prior to arrival are non-binding.
- Final pricing will be confirmed on-site before work begins.
- By approving the final price (verbally, electronically, or by allowing work to proceed), you authorize Evict My Junk to complete the service and agree to all applicable charges.
- Minimum service charges may apply.
- Multi-load or complex jobs may be priced accordingly at our discretion.
Additional Fees, Surcharges, and Overages
In addition to base pricing, additional charges may apply depending on job conditions. These do not reduce cubic yard usage and may be applied individually or in combination. Examples include, but are not limited to:
Accessibility and Labor:
- Stairs (per flight)
- Long carry distances
- Elevator access
- Limited or restricted access areas
- Disassembly of items
- Additional labor required due to complexity
Material and Weight:
- Heavy materials such as construction debris
- Dense or overweight loads
- Items requiring cutting, demolition, or special handling
Special Handling and Biohazards:
- Bed bug contamination
- Feces, urine, or unsanitary conditions
- Drug paraphernalia
- Hazardous or regulated materials
Preparation and Packing:
- Bagging or boxing loose debris
- Reorganizing or repacking items for safe transport
General Overage Policy:
All additional charges will be communicated on-site whenever possible. If conditions change during service, adjustments may be made to safely complete the job. By proceeding with service, you agree to all applicable overages. The above list is not exhaustive. Additional charges may apply based on job conditions, safety requirements, disposal regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include: Cash, Credit/debit cards, Electronic invoices via Square.
- Invoices not paid on-site are due upon receipt.
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees, interest, or collections.
- We reserve the right to require deposits or keep a card on file for approved charges.
Cancellation, Trip Fees, and No-Show Policy
- At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Same-day cancellations, denied access, or refusal of service upon arrival may result in a trip fee or cancellation charge.
- If our team is dispatched and unable to complete the job due to inaccurate information or customer-related issues, charges may still apply.
Dumpster Rental Terms
For dumpster trailer rentals:
- Rental periods are defined at the time of booking.
- Customers are responsible for proper loading and usage.
- Additional charges may apply for: Overweight loads, Overfilled trailers (above side rails), Prohibited materials, Extended rental periods, Blocked or inaccessible pickup.
We reserve the right to delay pickup or refuse service until the load is made compliant.
Prohibited Materials
We do not accept hazardous or restricted materials, including but not limited to:
- Chemicals, paints, solvents
- Asbestos or contaminated materials
- Medical or biological waste
- Flammable or explosive materials
If such materials are present, service may be refused or additional charges may apply.
Access and Safety
Customers must ensure safe and clear access to all items scheduled for removal. We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe, including structural hazards, aggressive animals, undisclosed biohazards, or unsafe working conditions.
Property Damage Disclaimer
We take care to protect your property; however:
- Minor incidental damage (scuffs, scratches, etc.) may occur during removal.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.
- Customers must notify us of any concerns prior to service.
- All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Ownership of Items
By requesting service, you confirm that you own the items being removed, or you have authorization to dispose of them. Once removed, all items become the property of Evict My Junk and may be disposed of, recycled, or donated at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability & Right to Refuse Service
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evict My Junk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service provided. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, non-compliance with these Terms, or harassment/inappropriate behavior.
