We provide Eviction Set Out Services in addition to our Eviction Clean Out Service. As eviction set outs are scheduled by the court, we request at least a few days’ advance notice to ensure we can accommodate your service request in a timely manner.
The short answer is yes. We ask that you please provide this information when scheduling your service appointment. This will give us adequate time to prepare so that we can safely provide the requested service(s). If your property is infested with bed bugs and cannot be serviced safely, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment if we determine it is unsafe to proceed.
We offer same-day & next-day appointments for most of our services. However, depending on the type of service you’re requesting, we may need at least 48 hours advance notice for scheduling.
